The artist Daniela Grapă stands out both nationally and internationally through a remarkable collection of awards, nominations, exhibitions, and artistic residencies that prove her creative strength and ability to successfully materialise ideas.
"This is the seventh exhibition organized by WIN Gallery, in Romania, since its inauguration, last May. There have been three others in Spain. It is part of a sustained effort to increase the visibility and value of high-quality works of art," said Cristi Pascu, Founder of the WIN Alliance, entity that includes WIN Gallery.
The exhibition is open to the public until October 15 this year, from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 18:00, based on a prior reservation, which can be made at the email address contact@wingallery.ro
The curatorial concept signed by Marinela Măntescu Isac and presented by WIN Gallery under the title "Passions of the soul", represents the perspective of the artist from Iași on the journey from the origins of existence to the complexity of life and what lies beyond it.
WIN Gallery proposes a tribute exhibition organized in honor of the universal and deeply personal search for meaning and self. The works of Daniela Grapă, brought together under the theme "Passions of the soul" can be admired and purchased from Friday, September 20.
"We aim to bring to you, art lovers, topics of broad relevance and promote dialogue and analysis of how we relate to each other. In Mrs. Grapa's works, elements of Christian iconography can be found and this is certainly a way of exploration and self-exploration."
"Art is about Truth", says Daniela Grapă, the author of the works in the exhibition recently opened by WIN Gallery. The soul, difficult to define and portray, is one of the foundations of man and humanity. Contemplated and revered over thousands of years by all great civilizations, by all great religions and philosophical currents, it is simultaneously hope, motivation and justification for a large part of our actions.
